You can apply for repair services by mail (with the customer paying the shipping fee in advance)

￭ Repair services usually take about 2 to 5 working days after receiving the product.
￭ If additional components are required, the service time may take 10 working days.
￭ If the product is severely damaged, it may not be repairable.
